The City of Light Organization (CLO) is a non-profit, apolitical, and voluntary association headquartered in Bamenda, Cameroon. Its mission is to empower vulnerable populations—particularly women, children, and persons with disabilities in rural communities—by providing access to education, clean water, improved sanitation, and sustainable livelihoods.
