Dor Patrick was born on November 8th, 1989, in Kumbo Shisong and attended GBHS Kumbo. Raised by his single mother and grandmother, he grew up with a disability affecting his left leg and never knew his father. His personal experiences as a person with a disability and his empathy for orphans inspired the founding of the City of Light Organization (CLO). As a pastor, his work in rural evangelism exposed him to the suffering of vulnerable individuals, deepening his resolve to establish a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and orphans. His mission is driven by the belief that although these challenges will persist, the goal is to provide care and meet their basic needs.
